There is little doubt the United States has a growing realization personal fitness needs to take a higher priority. When most people want to exercise, the first thing they turn to is dumbbells and weight machines. However, not all weight machines are created equal. Some of the best exercise equipment on the market right now is made by Nautilus Equipment. Nautilus Equipment puts a lot of modern technique and technology into a very old practice. There are several different types of Nautilus weights to consider.
Nautilus Equipment is founded mostly on its impressive home gyms. The premium Nautilus Equipment home gyms can be converted into almost any piece of weight equipment one could find in a professional gym. All the leg, abdominal and arm work that come in a dozen machines are duplicated in the home gym's unique construction. The Nautilus Equipment machines also use a system of complex pulleys to add stress to the workout, eliminating the need for extra plates that most weight machines require. The high end home gyms run around $3,700.
For the less complex, more straightforward workouts, Nautilus Equipment offers a more bargain line of weights. The Nautilus Equipment 200X series features several different work out positions and an adjustable weight stack to improve the quality of the workout. One nice thing about the Nautilus Equipment 200Xs is not only are they a great workout machine, but even with the weight stack, they are quite small and easy to stash in a corner or a small home gym. The lower end Nautilus weight machines run around $1,500.
If weight machines are a bit too expensive or bulky, Nautilus Equipment also offers a line of free weights. All kinds of different weights for different types of workouts are offered. There are standard dumbbells, walking and running dumbbells, ankle and wrist weights, as well as free lifting plates and plates to expand the existing dumbbell weights. A set of Nautilus Equipment dumbbells costs $400 with $75 for a set of plates. Running weights cost $35.
Of course, the idea of owning home gym equipment does not appeal to everyone. For those individuals, Nautilus Equipment is in many workout centers throughout the United States. The Nautilus Equipment found in public gyms is of a little more professional grade. Also, instead of being concerned with more all in one workouts, they tend to work one specific area of the body. These are perfect for individuals that have a weakness in one particular area, are recovering from specific injuries, or just want a more focused workout regiment.
Nautilus Equipment is at the top of the home and professional workout markets. With their home gym products, they allow consumers to get a full gym workout with only a few adjustments in their own home. There are more expensively priced and fully featured models as well as more compact and economic models. And for those who want a more specific training model or do not want to bother with the headache of a home gym, Nautilus weights can be found in many gyms throughout the country.
